I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strengths-based therapy, and coaching-style tools so sessions feel thoughtful and actionable.

You’ll leave sessions with:

  • More clarity and mental space

What to Expect

  • Sessions: Weekly or biweekly, depending on your goals

  • Rate: $240 per 50-minute session

    • Insurance accepted: Aetna (out-of-network paperwork available for all other insurances)

  • Format: Virtual or phone sessions in Los Angeles or across California
