I integrate evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strengths-based therapy, and solution-focused strategies to support meaningful and practical change.

  • Frequency: Weekly or biweekly depending on your needs

  • Rate: $220 per 50-minute session

    • Insurance accepted: Aetna (out-of-network paperwork available for all other insurances)

  • Format: Virtual or phone sessions in Los Angeles or across California.
